Presenting the glitzy and glamorous Prairie Hill...

I've been walking in the most glamorous glittering Prairie Hill today!  I've never seen the likes of it!
It's like diamonds and crystals have been sprinkled all over the land.  And because it was so immensely beautiful, I spent as much time as possible in its icy glory - absorbing light and majesty.

I'm giving winter a standing ovation.

  1. Wow... so amazing! Love seeing all the little seed heads and details through the ice, so beautiful! I bet it sounds cool, too. We, however, have 56 degrees and pea soup fog! But, we will be back to seasonable temps of 25 and 7 night temp by Tuesday.

    1. Lily ~ This was just enough ice to make everything beautiful - any more and it would have been very destructive.

    1. It is surreal, Claudia! It looks like it could cut and hurt you - but I walked thru the field and laid in it! and it crumbles... It's magnificent out there.:)
