RECIPE: Happy Monkey Banana Bread




I enjoy baking, especially on cold days.  And this recipe
only takes about 5 minutes to whip together.  If you have
some old bananas laying around, it's worth the effort! :)


'Happy Monkey Banana Bread'


4 ripe (mashed) bananas
1/3 c. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

In a big bowl, using a wooden spoon mix butter into the mashed bananas. 
Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle in baking soda and salt. 
Mix in the flour last. Pour batter into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan. 
Bake at 350 for 40 min. 



The hardness of winter is relaxed.
